CIAO Assist is not a standalone software project. It is developed and managed by MBSS NV, a Belgian company with more than twenty years of experience in telemetry and telematics applications for the professional market.

Multicall Business Services & Security NV (MBSS NV) is a Belgian company, part of the Multicall Group, based in the Erpe-Mere/Herzele region. Since 2005, the company has developed and distributed telemetry and telematics applications for the professional market, from small SMEs to larger enterprises.

Check In At Work (construction sector)
Attendance registration for the construction sector, legally mandatory since 2014 — the same type of obligation as Check In and Out at Work in the cleaning sector.

From the same regulation, with a different role
Registration obligations are not new territory for MBSS. Since the legal obligation of Check In At Work in the construction sector (2014), the company has helped businesses meet that type of obligation. And since Check In and Out at Work also became mandatory for the cleaning sector from 1 September 2024, MBSS itself offers a registration solution for that sector via checkinandoutatwork.be — alongside the official NSSO app and other commercial software. From 1 April 2027, Check In and Out at Work will also become mandatory for the construction sector.
CIAO Assist is deliberately decoupled from that. It does not replace any registration solution — not the official NSSO app, not checkinandoutatwork.be, not any other commercial tool. It works alongside them and shows, regardless of which solution you use today, what the NSSO actually detects after registration, in plain language instead of technical error codes.
